ABOUT OUR PATIENT

In her 30s, our patient is a mom who had experienced significant volume loss throughout her face. One of her primary concerns was upper eyelid hollowness following a previous upper blepharoplasty performed elsewhere. She felt that too much volume had been removed during surgery, leaving the upper eyelids looking hollow and contributing to a more tired appearance.

Her goal was to restore the softness she felt she had lost, both around her eyes and throughout her face, while still looking natural and distinctly like herself. Her transformation became part of a comprehensive i360 Full Face plan. Rather than treating everything in a single appointment, her results were thoughtfully built over several visits, allowing us to restore volume, refine proportions, and continually assess how each treatment worked together.

MFI TREATMENT PLAN

Her customized i360 Full Face treatment plan was completed progressively over multiple appointments:

• Upper Eyelids | Restylane was carefully placed to restore volume following her previous blepharoplasty, softening the hollow appearance and creating a smoother, more youthful frame around the eyes.
• Under Eyes, Nose & Lips | Restylane was used to soften under eye hollowness while refining the nose and lips for subtle, balanced definition.
• Midface, Cheeks, Nasolabial Folds & Jawline | RHA 4 was strategically placed to helped replenish facial volume, support the midface, soften folds, and create more balanced definition through the cheeks and jawline.
• Midface & Cheeks | Radiesse was incorporated during one visit to provide additional structural support and restore contour in areas where facial volume had diminished.
• Lower Midface | Hyaluronidase: Filler previously placed at an outside practice was selectively dissolved to create a cleaner foundation for her ongoing facial refinement.
• Upper Face & Under Eyes | Daxxify was used in the frown lines, forehead, crow’s feet, and under eye area to soften expression and complement her overall rejuvenation.
• Lower Face & Neck | Botox was used in the mentalis and platysma bands to soften muscle activity and further refine the lower face and neck.

THE OUTCOME

Approximately one year after her upper eyelid treatment, the eye area appears noticeably softer and less hollow. Restoring this subtle volume helps light move more smoothly across the upper eyelids, contributing to a fresher, more rejuvenated appearance.

Because her i360 Full Face transformation took place over several visits, we were able to address her broader facial volume loss gradually and intentionally. The result is not about simply adding volume. It is about rebuilding balance, restoring softness, and refining facial structure while preserving her natural features.
