Non-surgical rhinoplasty in San Francisco with dermafillers
The 15 Minute San Francisco Rhinoplasty
Many people are dissatisfied with the look of their nose and consider nose surgery, or rhinoplasty, for years, but just can't bring themselves to take that step. Although today's modern facial plastic surgery involves smooth recovery and poses few risks, it's not the right choice for every Bay Area resident. Some people want to avoid anesthesia. Other people with very busy lives feel they can't afford even a few days time out. Some feel they only need a small adjustment and don't believe a surgical procedure is in order.
Until recently, there was no option other than surgery. Today, Dr. Mabrie uses Radiesse®, Juvéderm™, and Restylane® in his San Francisco office to enhance the nose without cutting skin or breaking bones.

Non-Surgical Nose Shaping
In a brief appointment in Dr. Mabrie's office in San Francisco, Restylane, Juvéderm, or Radiesse, the same products used to create full, beautiful lips, can be used to augment the nose. One of these dermafillers may be injected above and below a nasal "hump," making the nose appear straighter on profile. Strategically placed, they can also make the nose look straighter from the front. The effects normally last from a few to several months.
This non-invasive option for nose shaping is easy for most people to tolerate. Some people experience slight swelling for a few days.
Unlike nose surgery, using fillers to refine the nose is not a permanent change. Also unlike a traditional rhinoplasty - where the ultimate shape of the nose is revealed after a short recovery period plus a few weeks for final swelling to subside - patients walk out of the office and go back to their normal day with their reshaped nose already in place.

Have your dermafillers performed by a board-certified facial plastic surgeon
As the dermafillers become more advanced, they are playing a more important role in treatment of the aging face. With more areas of application (tear-trough areas under the eyes, and volume replacement in the cheeks) the required skill level of the practitioner has also increased. Dr. Mabrie uses no mid-level technicians and instead performs all anti-aging treatments (BOTOX® Cosmetic, Restylane, Radiesse, Juvéderm) himself ensuring consistent results and expert care.
